When will i receive my item?

The warranty covers: The motor, the onboard computer, mudguard, battery, charger, side rear brackets.
The warranty does not cover:
Punctures, accidental damage or water damage, cosmetic damage.

Refund policy

We will give a refund if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase, in its original resalable condition, with box, if the scooter has been used we cannot issue a refund.
